Wholesale partners enter into an agreement with InterAct LifeLine to offer Virtual Care or OpioidIQ services under their brand.  They support and manage the customer and invoice them at whatever retail rates they choose.   InterAct provides the technology, supports the wholesale partner, and helps them succeed in offering services in the marketplace.

How to get started

The Process

1. Sign the Partner Agreement

The partner agreement defines our obligation to support you as a wholesale partner and details the buy rates so you can determine the wholesale cost of the technology.  The agreement outlines the features and functionality of the technology, how to provision new platforms, and how we will invoice you.

2. Receive Training

InterAct will train you on the technology so that you can manage the program and provide support to your customers.  You will be familiarized with our online support knowledgebase and how to use it to help your customers self-manage their program.

3. Select Templates

Program templates are used to create new portals with features pre-configured to support the type of program your customer will launch.  InterAct will provide you with the appropriate templates to empower you to demonstrate the service to prospects and deliver program portals quickly and efficiently.

4. Provision Accounts

You will be setup in our provisioning portal so you can easily add new customers, and track your wholesale cost.
