She has a track record of directing the financial operations of an organization resulting in M&A events and successful capital raises. Wafford has held senior management positions at high profile and start-up companies, including Neodata/EDS, netLibrary, Concepts Direct, Raindance Communications, and Accruit. Wafford's experience includes international and domestic, public and private company acquisitions and merger and integration planning. She has built and developed all aspects of finance and accounting functions including systems, policies and procedures, budgeting, business plan development, and facilities management.
