InterAct LifeLine LLC, a Delaware Company, is wholly owned subsidiary of Convey Holdings and sister company to Convey Services LLC. InterAct LifeLine will be entertaining Impact Investment funding round by the end of Q3 2023. InterAct will be spun out of the holding company and bifurcated from the existing technology architecture.
Funding will be used to further expand applications for the mobile product, integrate with wearables, improve the customer experience, and expand roll out of the solution to launch LifeLine Connect to the B2C marketplace through strategic partnerships and address applications in the Opioid settlement arena.
